Peach Mango Tango Shake

(NC) - Party beverages often lack nutritional value, but don't tell the kids that it is the opposite with a milkshake. The following recipe is high in protein, they are low in fat and calories (if you mix and match the ice creams with yogourts and sherbets, and our summertime flavours of fruits, nuts and berries add traces of vitamins and dietary fibre."
- 4 peeled peaches, quartered
- 1 cup Breyers Peach Mango Tango frozen yogourt
- 1 cup Breyers Natural Vanilla frozen yogourt, or Natural Vanilla ice cream
- 2 teaspoons mango juice, or peach juice (optional)
In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients at a low speed.
Serving Size: Serves 4.
