Flavorful Light Country Supper

(NAPSI) - From Cajun jambalaya, to picante wraps, to
sauerkraut, households across the country are regularly enjoying more flavorful dishes at the
dinner table. The one ingredient that seems to be missing is time. According to a recent study by
Consumer Trends & Industry Futures, 80 percent of meals are prepared in less than 20
minutes. This healthy dinner is ready in 15 minutes.
- 6 potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 bunch broccoli, trimmed and sliced
- 4 carrots, sliced
- 1/2 cup celery, sliced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- Salt and pepper
