Simple Chicken Stir Fry

  • 1 package Maple Leaf Grilled Chicken Breast Strips
  • 1/2 package Rice Noodles (approximately 200g)
  • 2 cups Broccoli Florets
  • 1 cup each Red Pepper and Carrots, cut into strips
  • 3 tbsp Canola Oil
  • Stir-Fry Sauce to taste


Simple Chicken Stir Fry
Cook rice noodles and reserve. Pre-heat a wok or non-stick skillet on HIGH. Add canola oil. Combine vegetables and sauce with one package of Maple Leaf Grilled Chicken Breast Strips.

Continue to stir fry for 3 to 4 minutes or until vegetables begin to soften. Remove from heat and serve over warm rice noodles.
