Simple Steak Stir Fry

- 1 package Maple Leaf Grilled Sirloin Steak Strips
- 1/3 cup each Carrot, Green Pepper and Red Pepper strips
- 1/4 cup each Snow Peas and sliced Bok Choy
- 3 tbsp Canola Oil
- 1/2-3/4 cups Rice
Cook rice and reserve.
Pre-heat a wok or non-stick skillet on HIGH. Add canola oil. Combine vegetables and sauce with one package of Maple Leaf Grilled Sirloin Steak Strips.
Continue to stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes or until vegetables begin to soften. Remove from heat and serve over warm rice.
Serving Size: Makes 2 Entree-Sized Portions
