"Making healthy foods accessible at home is an easy way to teach kids how to make healthy food choices," says Lisa Weinberg, registered dietitian/ nutritionist, with a special interest in pediatric nutrition. "Start by introducing more wholesome staple products, for example switching from white bread to a more nutritious loaf like Wonder+. It has the identical taste and texture as the white bread kids love, plus all the healthy benefits of whole wheat like fibre and eleven essential nutrients."
