Easy Turkey Burgers

  • 1/4 cup (50 mL) dried breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) Club House La Grille Montreal Chicken Seasoning
  • 1 lb (500 g) ground turkey


In large bowl, combine breadcrumbs, beaten egg and Club House La Grille Montreal Chicken Seasoning.

Crumble ground turkey into bowl with breadcrumb mixture and mix (do not over mix).

Shape into 4 patties and grill, pan fry or broil.

Serve on toasted hamburger buns with your choice of toppings.

Serving Size: Makes 4 servings.
