Easy Chocolate Framboise Mousse

  • 7 oz. dark chocolate
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 tsp. Southbrook Framboise


Chop chocolate in food processor. Bring cream just to boil then whisk in egg.

Combine cream and egg mixture with chopped chocolate and blend in processor until smooth.

Pour into custard cups and chill for at least 2 hours.

Serving Size: Makes 6 servings.
