Perfect Ice Cream Pie

- 1 cup Oreo Cookie Crumbs
- 2 tbsp. melted butter
- 2 bars (100 g) Toblerone Swiss Milk Chocolate with honey and almond nougat, chopped
- 4 cups each chocolate and vanilla ice cream caramel topping
COMBINE cookie crumbs and butter. Press into bottom of a 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle with 1 bar of chocolate, refrigerate for 15 min..
SCOOP chocolate and vanilla ice cream into pie crust, stacking scoops by alternating between the two flavours.
DRIZZLE with caramel topping and sprinkle with second bar of chocolate. Freeze 4 hours or overnight. Let stand 10 min.before serving. Store leftover pie in freezer.
Any flavour of ice cream works in this recipe.
