Spice up the cold nights with this family-friendly recipe - and get your kids their much needed calcium too!

Warm, rich and chocolatey with a kick of cinnamon! Yum!

  • 30 mL (2 tbsp) Nesquik Vitamin Enriched Powder
  • 1 mL (1/4 tsp) vanilla extract
  • 250 mL (1 cup) hot skim milk
  • Ground cinnamon
  • Cinnamon stick (optional)


Place Nesquik and vanilla in a large mug. Add milk, stirring, until completely combined. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon. Garnish and swirl with cinnamon sticks.

Twist it up!
