Easy And Delicious KeyLime Pie

- 1 14.5 ounce can Eagle Brand condensed milk
- 1 8" Keebler graham cracker pie crust
- 3 egg yolks
- 1.5 teaspoons finely shredded lime peel
- 1/3 cup lime juice
Beat the 3 egg yolks until thick, then stir in the condensed milk and lime peel.
Gradually add the lime juice. Add 1 drop of green food coloring. Spoon the mixture into the
pie shell. Chill overnight.
Immediately before serving, add whipped cream (preferably homemade).
Add of few lime shavings on the top for decoration.
