Crunchy Chocolate

Ingredients:
- One lbs white chocolate
- unsalted peanuts (2 cups)
- cheerios (2 cups)
Directions:
Melt choclate in top of double boiler until smooth Stir in nuts and cheerios ( 1/2 cup at a time)
until coated
Drop by spoonsful onto baking sheet and refrigerate until firm
Store in covered container in a cool place for up to three weeks (if they last that long)
