Putting On The Ritz

  • 1 can of Eagle Brand Milk
  • 1 lb. Chopped dates
  • 1 cup of chopped pecans
  • 1 and 1/2 sleeves of Ritz Crackers
  • 1 can of Cream Cheese
  • whole pecans, for garnish


Place Eagle Brand Milk and dates over med heat and cook until thick, add pecans and set aside.

Put a dab of filling on each Ritz Cracker.

Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes at 325 F.

Use Cream Cheese on top of filling for icing and top with a pecan.
