Creamy Cheese Bread

  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 cup chives or green onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 French loaf
  • Parsley flakes
  • Paprika


Mix first four ingredients together.

Cut french loaf in half lengthwise. Spread mixture over cut sides of bread.

Wrap tightly in tin foil. Refrigerate 1-2 hours.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Take bread out of foil and place on cookie sheet.

Sprinkle on parsley flakes and paprika.

Bake for 8-10 minutes. Cut into slices and serve hot.
