Cranberry Chicken

  • 6 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 bottle of catalina dressing
  • 1 can of whole cranberries by ocean if you can
  • garlic clove
  • pepper to taste
  • fresh parsley


Preheat oven to 350* heat then put your dressing complete bottle and your complete can of cranberries in a bowl and add your garlic clove and add your fresh pepper.

Arrange your chicken in a oblong pan or whatever you usually use and pour the sauce you made over top and sprinkle your parsley on and put in and cook for one hour then remove your top if its a lid or tin foil and put back in for 15 minutes,enjoy I usually have sweet potatoes with this recipe and stove top dressing would be good with it too mmmmm!
