Cranberry Blast

Build bones with a breakfast that's as tart and refreshing as a crisp, fall morning!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk 250 mL
  • 1 cup frozen cranberries 250 mL
  • 1/2 cup Häagen-Dazs Raspberry Geläato 125 mL
  • 1 sachet (38 g) French Vanilla Instant Breakfast powder

Directions:

In blender, blend together milk, cranberries, geläato and Instant Breakfast until smooth.

Serving Size: Makes 1 serving.

Nutritional Information: Per serving: 441 Calories, 13 g Protein, 5 g Fat, 83 g Carbohydrate, 549 mg Calcium.
