Crabmeat Crisps

This is a fantastic, low-cal appetizer. Each serving contains less than two grams of fat!


  • 6-ounce can of low-sodium crabmeat
  • 1 tbsp. of Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp. of fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. of lemon juice
  • 2 corn tortillas
  • Fat-free cooking spray


Spray both sides of the tortillas with cooking spray. Cut the tortillas into six wedges.

Bake the tortillas in the oven at 400 F for three to four minutes.

Mix the remaining ingredients. Spread the mixture onto the wedges. Broil for two to three minutes.
