- 1 pkg. (11.1 oz.) JELL-O No Bake Real Cheesecake
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 2 tsp. MAXWELL HOUSE Instant Coffee
- 11/2 cups cold milk
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon (optional)
Mix crumbs, sugar and butter thoroughly with fork until crumbs are well moistened. Press onto bottoms of 12 paper-lined muffin cups.
Dissolve coffee in milk. Beat milk mixture, filling mix and cinnamon with electric mixer on low speed until blended. Beat on medium speed 3 minutes. (Filling will be thick.) Spoon over crumb mixture in muffin cups.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to serve. Store leftover cheesecakes in refrigerator.
