Confetti Crab Salad

- 1 pound crab meat, pick over to remove shells & cartiladge
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup radishes, Finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons onions, or scallions Finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons capers, Drained & finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, Freshly ground
Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl.
Refrigerate until serving time.
