Homemade Ice Cream

  • 1 quart whipping cream
  • 1 can condensed milk - sweet
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 2 boxes of instant chocolate pudding
  • 1/2 cup of cocoa
  • 2 cups milk


Using a mixer, mix all the ingrendents together until mixed well - it won't get really think.

Meanwhile take out your ice cream maker - inside the bucket take your metal bucket and pour in the cream mixture - set it back in. Place electric lid back on. On the outside of the other outside buckett, add 1 bag of ice and 1/2 cup table salt on the ice then plug in and churn for at least 2 hours.

Remove and place in freezer container, frezze for 4 or 5 hours or until hard.
