BBQ Salmon Kebabs

(NC) - Succulent salmon pieces in a creamy curry marinade.
Preparation Time: 10 minutes plus 30 minutes to marinate - Cooking Time: 10 minutes
- Mix together 3 Tbsp Sharwood's Mild Curry Paste and 1 Tbsp natural yoghurt.
- Cut a 350g (12oz) piece of thick salmon fillet into bite-size chunks, add to the yoghurt mix and marinate for 30 minutes.
- Thread the salmon pieces and 12 cherry tomatoes onto 8-12 skewers.
- Barbecue for 5 minutes each side.
