  • 1 can hormel chili with beans
  • 2/3 cup uncooked instant rice
  • 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • shredded lettuce
  • 10 flour tortillas, warmed(10)
  • 1 can chi-chi's salsa
  • sour cream


Cook rice according to package directions.

Heat chili according to package directions.

Fill tortillas with equal amounts of rice, chili, salsa, and cheese. Fold over sides of tortilla.

Serve with sour cream and lettuce.
