- 2 8oz. of room temperature cream chesse
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tesp.vanilla
Line a muffin tin with paper cups. Place a vanilla wafer or oreo cookie in the bottom of each paper cup.
Mix above ingredients well and pour over wafer/cookie. Bake until light brown. Cool.
Top with cherry or blueberry pie filling (what ever you like).
Serving Size: Makes 12 Servings
