Easy Beef Focaccia Sandwiches

Beef Sandwich Makes Weekends Special
(NAPSA) - On weekdays, quick cooking is a must. But on weekends, many people take a bit more time to make family meals. This tasty beef sandwich is simple yet special, because you bake focaccia using refrigerated dough. Now there's more dough in the Pillsbury pizza crust can, so it's even easier to make focaccia at home.

- 1 can (13.8 oz) Pillsbury(r) refrigerated pizza crust
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons purchased creamy horseradish sauce
- 4 slices (1 oz each) provolone cheese
- 1/2 lb sliced cooked roast beef (from deli)
- 2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
Heat oven to 375 F. Spray 15x10x1-inch pan with cooking spray. Unroll dough; place in pan. Starting at center, press out dough evenly to edges of pan. Brush with oil; sprinkle with garlic powder and basil. Bake about 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, in small bowl, stir together mayonnaise and horseradish sauce.
Cut focaccia crust into 8 rectangles. Spread mayonnaise mixture on bottom sides of all rectangles. On 4 rectangles, layer cheese, beef, tomatoes and lettuce over mayonnaise mixture. Cover with remaining rectangles, mayonnaise mixture side down. Cut sandwiches in half.
Serving Size: Makes 4 Sandwiches
