Easter Recipes: Famous chocolate bar makes a delicious dessert
(NC) - The Easter holiday is full of traditions, so why not create a dessert tradition of your own with this easy-to-make Creme Brulee, specially prepared by the experts at Toblerone, the makers of quality Swiss chocolate:
Just follow these 4 simple steps:
Microwave 1 cup whipping cream in large microwaveable bowl on medium for 3-4 minutes. Add 2 pkg. (100 g each) white, milk or dark Toblerone Chocolate Bar and 1/2 of a 250 g pkg. softened Philadelphia Cream Cheese. Stir with wire whisk until cream cheese and chocolate are melted and mixture is well blended.
Whisk in 5 egg yolks; pour into four (1/2-cup) ramekins. Place in shallow baking dish filled halfway with water.
Bake at 300 F for 45-50 minutes, or until just set in centres. Cool completely, then refrigerate overnight.
Sprinkle each ramekin with 1 Tbsp. sugar just before serving. Broil until sugar melts.
