Cinnamon Vanilla French Toast

(NC) - A tasty and nutritious variation on a favourite dish for brunch.


  • 4 omega-3 eggs
  • 1 cup (250 mL) So Good Vanilla Soy Beverage
  • 2 tsp (10 mL) cinnamon
  • 8 slices whole wheat bread


In a shallow dish, beat together the eggs, So Good Vanilla and cinnamon.

Heat a large non-stick frying pan over low/medium heat.

Soak bread in the So Good/egg mixture, one slice at a time.

Lightly spray the pan with canola oil. Cook each slice of French toast on both sides until browned.

Serve with maple syrup.
