Quick Potato Casserole

- 1 lb hash brown potatoes; frozen
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup cheddar cheese; shredded
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Mix all ingredients together except parmesan. Put into greased 9x13 casserole dish.
Sprinkle parmesan over top.
Bake for 1 hour at 400 F.
This can be doubled easily. Also can be prepared in advance and baked just before serving.
