Chocolate Ecstasy

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cold coffee
  • 1 250 mL chocolate shake in Tetra Pak packaging - frozen
  • 1 250 mL vanilla shake in Tetra Pak packaging - frozen
  • 4 oz. coffee liqueur
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 2 oz. semi-sweet chocolate

Directions:

Whip cream. Grate chocolate.

Blend coffee and frozen shakes in a blender until thick and creamy.

Pour into 4 glasses.

Spoon on whipping cream. Sprinkle with chocolate.

Serving Size: Serves 4.
