Champagne and Orange Juice

Ingredients:

  • 1 small bottle of Champagne or Sparkling Wine - chilled
  • 3 - 250 ml of 100% orange juice - partially frozen

Directions:

Empty 3 partially frozen orange juice in Tetra Pak packages into a blender.

Whirl up till the consistency of a slushy.

Fill champagne glasses 1/2 full of the slushy orange juice.

Top up each glass with champagne.

Serving Size: Serves 4 - 6.
