- 4 drumsticks or 2 whole chicken legs
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 cup crushed corn chips
- Dash salt
- Teaspoon margarine
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Wash chicken and pat dry with paper towels. Spread mayonnaise on chicken.
In small bowl, combine corn chips, chili powder and salt. Stir well. Roll chicken in mixture.
Generously grease pan with margarine. Lay chicken in pan. Back at 375 degree oven for 40 minutes or till chicken is browned and tender.
