Lobster and Shrimp Bruschetta

- 16 thin baguette slices
- 1 - 227g Summersweet Lobster and Shrimp Dip
- 1 small avocado, peeled, coarsely diced
- 1/2 small red onion, finely diced
Preheat the oven to 350F (180C). Arrange the baguette slices on
a baking sheet. Bake until golden, 10-15 minutes. Let cool. Spread Summersweet lobster and shrimp dip generously on each slice. Top
with 1 tablespoon avocado and red onions. Arrange on a serving
platter and serve.
