Yes even the rich need to diet, I guess there are some things you really can't buy and weight loss is one of them. The new calcium diet by Dr. Jana Klauder offers to help you loose a size in only three days!
Beginning with the Park Avenue Mind Set, this book describes the type of person who lives on Park Avenue, the traits that makes them successful financially and how this must be modified to keep/obtain the figure they desire. This first section also discusses how your body type affect weight gain, medicine cabinet makeovers and how drugs affect your weight loss/gain.
Next the book moves to the "Protein - The Anchor of Your Diet". One of Dr. Klauder's "Indisputable Diet Gems" is that people loose more rapidly on a high protein diet. This is followed by "Calcium - The Miracle Mineral" which covers how "nature's most perfect food" fits into your diet plan.
Chapter four is dedicated the the diet plan itself and even includes a list of dangerous foods you should pitch out before you start. It covers everything you need to start off, even what you should do if you have to eat out, do's and dont's and even a maintenance plan. How to Curb your Cravings follows with an entire chapter on how to keep your stomach satisfied.
Exercise and anti-aging nutrition chapters are followed by a chapter which discusses how stress affects you "Your outside is a mirror of your inside". Ending up with thick chapters of recipes and resources, this book is a facinating read.

Lauren's Marinated Tuna
1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons wasabi mustard
3 tablespoons ginger juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
Freshly ground black pepper
2 (5-ounce) fresh tuna steaks*
Sesame seeds, for topping
*Fresh tuna should be firm and flavorful. Bigeye tuna is moist and clean-tasting, truly rich in texture. Its flavor is more like meat than fish. It should have a deep ruby red color, and is best grilled or sauteed. It should never be overcooked, and is usually served rare. Another good variety is yellowfin, which is a lean meat but firm, with a large flake. It has a definite flavor of its own but is not too fishy, and should have a red color varying from a dark burgundy to a pale red.
One of my patients sends his housekeeper to Katagiri, a Japanese grocer and specialty store on East Fifty-ninth Street, to buy him only fresh sushi-quality tuna. They personally pick the fish from the Fulton Fish Market daily.
Mix all the marinade ingredients together and marinate the tuna steaks for 1 hour, turning once or twice. Keep the fish in the refrigerator while it soaks.
Grill over hot coals or on an oven grill for 5 minutes each side, basting with the marinade from time to time. Top with sesame seeds. Serves 2.
