Calcium Booster French Toast

Treat yourself to this delicious calcium boost.
- 1/4 cup milk 50 mL
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch cinnamon pinch
- 1 sachet (38 g) French Vanilla Instant Breakfast powder
- 2 slices bread
In a small bowl, whisk together milk, egg, cinnamon and Instant Breakfast.
Pour onto a large plate.
Place bread in egg mixture, turning to soak each side.
In non-stick frying pan, cook bread, turning until golden brown.
Serving Size: Makes 2 slices
