Blueberry Breakfast Shake

  • 2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup orange juice


Combine the yogurt, blueberries, banana, and orange juice in a blender. Blend until smooth and frothy.

Pour into glasses.

Serving Size: Makes 4 servings
