Cafe au Lait Creme

A deliciously creamy brunch tea.
- 1/2 cup 125 mL milk
- 1 envelope unflavoured gelatin
- 3 tbsp 45 mL sugar
- 1 tbsp 15 mL instant coffee crystals
- 1/2 cup 250 mL boiling water
- 4 ice cubes
- 1 cup 250 mL Real Whipped Cream
- 1 tbsp 15 mL coffee-flavoured liqueur
- Orange zest
Place milk in blender container; sprinkle gelatin over milk; add sugar and coffee crystals. Add 1/2
cup boiling water and blend at low speed 2 minutes or until gelatin is dissolved, scraping down sides
once. Add ice cubes and Gay Lea Real Whipped Cream.
Blend at high speed until smooth; add liqueur. Chill mixture in blender container until ready to

Preparation time: 10 minutes + chilling time.
