Bake Cherry Cheese Pie

  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 1 pkg 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup 14 oz. sweetened condensed
  • 1 milk ( not evaporated)
  • 1/3 cup concentrated lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup cherry pie filling


In a large mixer bowl,beat cheese until fluffy. Beat in Condensed milk until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into crust. Chill 3 hours or until set. Top with desired amount of filling before serving.

Refrigerate leftovers.
