Country-Style Sautéed Mushrooms

- 3 tbsp Imperial Culinesse creamy vegetable oil 45 mL
- 1 lb small mushrooms, halved 500 g
- 1 clove garlic, minced 1
- 1 tsp dried thyme 5 mL
- 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper 1 mL
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley 30 mL
In a large skillet, heat Imperial Culinesse, a creamy vegetable oil, over
medium-high heat. Add mushrooms, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper; cook for 3-4
minutes stirring occasionally until mushrooms are golden.
Stir in parsley; serve at once.
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 4 to 6 minutes
