Country-Style Sautéed Mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp Imperial Culinesse creamy vegetable oil 45 mL
  • 1 lb small mushrooms, halved 500 g
  • 1 clove garlic, minced 1
  • 1 tsp dried thyme 5 mL
  • 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper 1 mL
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley 30 mL

Directions:

In a large skillet, heat Imperial Culinesse, a creamy vegetable oil, over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper; cook for 3-4 minutes stirring occasionally until mushrooms are golden.

Stir in parsley; serve at once.

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 4 to 6 minutes

Serving Size: Serves 4
