  • 1 1/2 cups Canola oil
  • 1/2 cup Soya sauce
  • 1/2 cup Worchestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp. Dry Mustard
  • 2 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Ground Pepper
  • 1/2 cup White Vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp dried Parsley Flakes
  • 2 crushed Garlic Cloves


Combine all ingredients mixing thoroughly.Pour over meat and let stand for three hours. Barbecue or broil as usual. You can also baste the meat with marinade should you wish to. This marinade primarily for beef steak it's also especially good on pork.
