campaign, whose focus is "Entertaining with Laura Secord." Anyone

Secordís fabulous new recipes to be available in stores. The delectable, easy
to make recipes feature ingredients from Laura Secordís tried and true product
line, as well as the new Ganache line. Hereís one example thatís sure to become
a holiday favourite:
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3 teaspoons coarsely ground black pepper
- 1 to 2 teaspoons chilli powder
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 box Laura Secord Deluxe Mixed Nuts (400 grams)
Place all ingredients except nuts
into a large skillet, heat on medium high until bubbling.
Lower heat to medium and add nuts,
tossing well to coat nuts with the mixture. Continue cooking until liquid
reduces to a drier, sticky glaze.
To reheat any leftover nuts, place on a baking sheet and heat for about five
minutes on a rack near the top of a 350-degree oven.
