Hardee's Cinnamon Raisin Biscuits

- 3/4 c. shortening
- 3 tbsp. sugar
- 2 c. buttermilk
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 4 c. self-rising flour
- 1 tbsp. baking powder
- 1/2 c. raisins
Mix dry ingredients and shortening. Add buttermilk and raisins. Mix and roll out about 1 inch thick. Cut.
Bake 500 degrees until brown. Ice with powdered sugar glaze.
Serving Size: Makes 10 or 12 biscuips.
