- 4 Tyson Individually Fresh Frozen Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 box broccoli rice au gratin
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 cups frozen broccoli
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 425¡F. In 13 x 9-inch baking pan, combine rice and contents of seasoning packet. Add boiling water; mix well.
Wash hands. Add chicken, sprinkle with garlic powder, cover and bake 30 minutes. Add broccoli and cheese, continue to bake, covered, 8 to 10 minutes or until internal juices of chicken run clear. (Or insert instant-read meat thermometer in thickest part of chicken. Temperature should read 170¡F.)
Serve hot out of the oven with yeast rolls, if desired.
Refrigerate leftovers immediately.
