Directions: Line 12 muffin tins with pastry; prick bottoms with fork. Pour boiling water over raisins and let stand 10 minutes. Drain. Immediately add remaining ingredients and stir well. Add filling to tart shells. Bake at 425 F for 12-15 minutes. Serving Size: Makes 12 Tarts |
