(NC) - This smooth dessert coffee is not too filling and is also low in fat. Treat yourself and a friend to a quiet cup before the fire.
Combine hot chocolate mix and instant coffee in a 4-cup (1 L) glass measure. Stir in water and liqueur until hot chocolate mix dissolves. Pour into mugs.
Substitute strip of orange peel for orange liqueur. Place orange peel in each mug and pour hot mixture over top. Remove peel when desired flavour is reached.
