Cherry Swirl De-Lite

A fun, quick, lite recipe to tease taste buds, this recipe is a dessert crowd pleaser!
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups sugar-free graham cracker crumbs
- 1 tablespoon Splenda
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1 3-oz pkg. sugar-free cherry gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 15 large marshmallows
- 1 cup 2% low fat milk
- 1 12-oz. tub Cool Whip
- 1 can LUCKY LEAF Lite Cherry pie filling
Directions:
Mix together graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter. Press firmly into 9 inch pie pan. Chill.
Dissolve gelatin in water; chill until partly set.
In large saucepan, combine marshmallows and milk. Heat and stir to melt marshmallows. Cool. Fold Cool Whip into cooled marshmallow mixture. Add LUCKY LEAF Lite Cherry Pie Filling to partially-set gelatin. Swirl in marshmallow and cream mixture.
Pour all into prepared pie pan and chill to set.
Serving Size: Makes 10 Servings
