Directions: Melt butter in saucepan. Add flour then gradually add pineapple juice and milk, plus beaten yolks. When cooked, add pineapple and pour into pie dish. Beat egg whites with vinegar until whites "peak". Spread over top of pineapple mixture. Bake approximately 30 minutes at 180 deg C.
