Pumpkin or Squash Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pumpkin or squash
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup fancy molasses
  • Pumpkin or Squash Pie
  • 1 tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs

Directions:

1 cup rich milk (evaporated milk)

Mix all ingredients and beat together with an egg beater. Pour into a pastry-lined pan.

Bake at 425 F for about 20 min. then at 375 F for 20-25 minutes. Serve warm or cold garnished with whipped cream.
