Pumpkin or Squash Pie

Ingredients:

• 1 cup pumpkin or squash
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup fancy molasses
• 1 tbsp. melted butter
• 1 tsp. nutmeg
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp. ginger
• 3/4 tsp. salt
• 2 eggs

Bake at 425 F for about 20 min. then at 375 F for 20-25 minutes. Serve warm or cold garnished with whipped cream.
