Fruit Kabobs & Yogurt Dip

Smart eating fuels learning (NC) - A snack that is sure to get the taste buds jumpin'! Get together with the kids to prepare these fruity treats and when you're done - the whole family can dip in!

What you will need:


  • Skewers
  • Variety of fruit - use your favourite combination! (eg. apple, banana, drained pineapple chunks, kiwi, cantaloupe, melon, grapes)
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) fruit-flavoured yogurt


Wash and peel fruit as necessary and cut into large bite-size chunks. Slide fruit chunks onto skewers. Dip kabobs in yogurt and enjoy!
