Melt 2 tbsp (25 mL) butter in nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Stir in 1/4 cup (50 mL) packed brown sugar and 1 tbsp (15 mL) lemon juice until sugar dissolves. Peel and chop 4 peaches (about 2 cups [500 mL]) and add to skillet.
Cook for 5 minutes, stirring often, until syrupy. Let cool slightly.
Scoop 1/2 cup (125 mL) HAGEN-DAZS(r) Dulce de Leche ice cream into each of 4 serving dishes.
Spoon some of the warm peaches over each serving, dividing evenly.
