Bacardi Rum Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups 375 mL vanilla wafer crumbs
  • 1/4 cup 60 mL Bacardi Black Rum
  • 1/4 cup 60 mL honey
  • 2 cups 500 mL ground walnuts
  • confectioners sugar

Directions:

In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except sugar.

Shape into 1 inch (2 cm) balls. Roll in sugar.

Store in tightly covered container.

Serving Size: Makes approximately 30 pieces
