Peanut and Caramel Cheesecake

Peanut and Caramel Cheesecake
Prep time: 5 minutes.


  • 1 pkg New! President's Choice (PC) New York Deli-Style Cheesecake, thawed
  • 1/2 cup PC Butter Toffee Peanuts
  • 1/2 cup butterscotch ice cream & dessert topping


Remove all packaging including base board and place cheesecake on serving platter.

Place peanuts in large plastic bag. Using rolling pin, crush peanuts into large chunks. Set aside.

In microwave safe bowl, heat butterscotch sauce on HIGH for 30 seconds. Drizzle over cheesecake. Sprinkle with peanuts. Serve immediately. To serve, cut with knife moistened with warm water.
