Pineapple Slice

Ingredients:
- 2-2/3 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups icing sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 egg
- 1 pint whipping cream
- 1 19 oz. can crushed pineapple
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Combine these first three ingredients in bowl.
Press into 9" x 13" pan.
Bake for 8 minutes; cool.
Mix next three ingredients together.
Spread over crumb base.
Whip whipping cream; add pineapple.
Spread over icing; freeze.
Thaw before cutting into slices.
